Therapy? će uskoro objaviti dupli live album. Datum izlaska njihovog prvog živog izdanja je 8. novembar, a na albumu će se naći snimci njihovih nastupa u londonskom Water ratsu. Album će se zvati “We’re Here To The End”. Album je trebalo da se sastoji od 40 pjesama, ali su dvije otpale zbog lošeg zvuka, a dvije zbog vremenskog ograničenja albuma. “We’re Here To The End” su producirali Adam Sinclair i Andy Cairns.
